QuadSpark IT Solutions Private Limited or "Host4Fun" believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order with valid reason but not limited to dedicated servers , license , IP cost.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the QuadSpark IT Solutions Private Limited or "Host4Fun" marketing team has obtained on special occasions like use of Promotional Code,Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day , Cyber Monday , Black Friday and etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • Refund is not granted if support is provided to client (ex. via tickets , live chat, emails).
  • Refund is not granted for any "Special Offer" category orders.
  • We can not offer any refunds on Dedicated Servers and Licenses .


If you have selected automatic payment via PayPal Subscription and you want do not want to continue the service , then you must cancel the service with us using the cancellation system provided by our system.
You are not entitled to get refund if the PayPal subscription is incurred and money has been charged and VPS has been renewed for next billing term or the amount has been credited to your account.
Cancellation must be done 7days before renewal date .
Refund is not possible after 24hours of purchasing the service .
Refund is not granted if our Term Of Serivce is broken.

PayPal transaction fees will not be refunded .

Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
